WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe with a damp towel. Do not submerge in water. If the product gets wet, simply allow to air dry.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove product from any plastic bags. Make sure the product is not cold and at room temperature. Microwave starting at 20 seconds and add in 10-second increments to get the desired temperature. For the Wrist Sleeve, microwave starting at 10 seconds and add in 5-second increments to get the desired temperature. All microwaves may vary.
WARNING:
Prior to use stop and thoroughly check the inner lining of the sleeve before use for ice crystals and tears in the lining, do not use if for any reason ice crystals or gel are visible.
CAUTION:
Only use as directed. Always freeze in a freezer bag. Apply to dry skin only. Do not microwave for more than the tine mentioned above. Do not apply if the product is too hot to touch. Do not apply to infected areas or open wounds without consulting a doctor. Do not put in the dryer or washing machine. Do not submerge in water. Do not use if wet. Do not ingest.
